The story of Torifa is that of a young enthusiast, inspired by memories of his grandmother picking and roasting beans in Yemen. His travels around the world rekindled his love for coffee and led him to share this exceptional beverage. Torifa embodies these encounters, these flavors, and this memory.

Mohammed, that's me. TORIFA is imbued with my many journeys with my farmer friends in Yemen, with the roasted harvests that echo the gestures of my grandmother. TORIFA is more than a taste, it's a memory.

From the top of the mountains...
The selected coffee cherries are hand-picked and sorted to harvest only those that have reached perfect ripeness. They are grown at high altitudes, which makes them even more special. We select coffees with a typical, authentic taste and unique character. To satisfy every palate, we offer a range of different 100% Arabica coffees. We offer single-origin coffees, also known as terroir coffees.

Once harvested, the beans are imported to France, where they are roasted by artisan roasters who adjust each roasting profile to enhance the unique and complex flavors of this coffee of origin. This process, from the Yemeni fields to French boutiques, ensures a refined and authentic tasting experience, rooted in traditional know-how.

Specialty coffee is distinguished by its superior quality, traceability, and unique flavors resulting from specific terroirs. Hand-picked and carefully processed, it must achieve a cupping score of 80+ according to the Specialty Coffee Association. Artisanal roasting and precise preparation methods optimize its aromas. Committed to sustainable and fair practices, specialty coffee offers a refined and ethical tasting experience, far beyond that of commercial coffee.
At TORIFA, all our coffees have a cupping score above 85, guaranteeing exceptional quality and a unique sensory experience.
