In the heart of the Ans mountains, in the Dhamar region, lie farms where the Ja'adi variety is carefully cultivated at an altitude of over 2200 meters. The farmers perpetuate ancestral techniques to offer a product of exceptional quality.
The coffee cherries, hand-picked, are slowly dried over a period of 14 to 18 days. The result is a bright cup with elegant floral notes, enriched by a sweetness reminiscent of milk chocolate and a hint of green apple. This coffee captures the essence of a terroir rich in history and passion.
