It is in the rugged mountains of Al-Hayma Al-Kharijia, in the heart of Yemen, that this extraordinary variety of coffee is cultivated. These lands, situated between 2200 and 2500 meters above sea level, bear witness to a centuries-old agricultural heritage. Since the 15th century, Yemeni farmers have perfected their techniques, cultivating coffee on traditional terraces carved into the mountainsides.

The coffee cherries, carefully hand-picked, are naturally dried in the sun, revealing unique aromas of malt caramel and milk chocolate, enhanced by a fresh mineral touch. This production reflects the authenticity of a region where each cup tells a story.
