It is in the rugged mountains of Haraz, at an altitude of 2250 meters, that this exceptional coffee comes to life. On age-old terraces shaped by generations of farmers, the Bourbon Typica variety is cultivated with traditional know-how.

Each coffee cherry is hand-picked, before undergoing a 48-hour natural anaerobic fermentation, followed by slow drying in the sun. This process reveals intense aromas of red fruits, balanced by sweet notes of caramel and a deep hint of raisins. A cup that embodies the power and complexity of this iconic terroir.
